The brass tacks

What you have. What it costs you. What to fix.

Whether your marketing is done in-house or by an agency, you deserve a plain answer to one question: how is it going? The Cold Audit checks your business the way a customer meets it, and writes down what it found.

What you have today

Your Google listing, your website, your reviews and your place among up to ten businesses competing for the same customer, checked 48 ways and graded A to D in 8 areas.

What it is costing you

Each fail named in plain words: the customer who couldn't find you, couldn't tell what you do, couldn't book, didn't trust the page. And the offer nobody nearby claims, that you could.

What you could have

The fixes, written to paste: your title, meta, headline, taglines and calls to action. A to-do list of 8 fixes, ranked by impact for effort, done at your own pace. And when the market says so, a different direction for the business.

Inside the report

  1. 1The verdict. One sentence you can act on, and the three findings behind it. Too little evidence, and it says so.
  2. 2Grades, A to D. One per area, read from the checks that ran. Never an F, never a guess.
  3. 3The scorecard. 48 checks: pass, fail, n/a or not tested, the proof, and the exact fix for every fail.
  4. 4Your market. Up to ten places competing for your customer, the medians, where you rank, and what reviewers praise and complain about.
  5. 5Rewrites. Your title, meta description, headline, taglines and calls to action, written to paste. Structured data without self-serving ratings markup.
  6. 6The offer and three directions. The one offer none of them claim, and three creative directions with the proof you would need to supply.
  7. 7The direction. When the evidence says you are in the wrong race: the other race, what says so, and what it would take. Your call.
  8. 8The to-do list. Eight fixes ranked by impact for effort: the action, why, the effort in minutes, hours or days, and who does it. A suggested order spread over eight weeks; work through it as fast as you like.

With your answers to the questionnaire, the direction and the to-do list are read against your goals, prices, capacity and limits.

How it works

Three steps. Two are yours.

  1. 1

    Order

The business, where it is, its category and country, what it offers in one line, your website if there is one, and up to 200 words on where you want to take it. $129 by card. A few minutes.

  2. 2

    Answer a few questions

Written from what the scan found: your prices if we saw none, what you want more of, your capacity, what you won't change. A few minutes by link, or skip it and the report rests on public data and says so.

  3. 3

    Your report arrives

By email within 48 hours of your answers, usually much sooner, as a private link that is yours for 90 days. Reply to that email and a person answers. If we can't audit the business from the details given, you are refunded in full, and you don't need to ask.

ClarityWhat, for whom, where and how much, in the first five seconds.

PositionYour rank among up to ten nearby, and the offer nobody claims.

ReputationRating, review count and recency against the local median.

ConversionA call to action, a phone, a booking path that works, speed on a phone.

DataAnalytics, Search Console and the tags, in place or missing.

Optional · the connected audit

Connect your data, and the report measures instead of observes.

The cold audit sees what the public sees. Add a read-only account to your Search Console and Google Analytics for the one property we audit, and the same report also sees the searches that bring people to you, the pages they land on, how many come, and from where.

Not yet available to order. A person sends the steps.

The rules we hold ourselves to
  • 01One property per order: the site you named, nothing beside it.
  • 02Read only. Restricted in Search Console, Viewer in Analytics. We never ask for more.
  • 03You end the access, as soon as the report has arrived.

Who it is for

Owners who want a plain answer.

You run your own marketing

A second opinion with the evidence attached, and a to-do list to work through at your own pace.

  • What a customer sees in the first five seconds, and what they can't find.
  • The rewrites, ready to paste into your site and your listing.
  • Which fix comes first, and which can wait.

Someone runs it for you

Know what you are getting. The checks their work should pass, in writing, to hand over and to re-run.

  • 48 checks with pass, fail and the proof: no opinions to argue about.
  • The to-do list as a brief for your agency or your web person.
  • When the connected audit opens, it shows what the work did, in numbers you both can see.

If we can't audit

Refunded in full, and you don't need to ask.

We need a Google listing for the details you give us. If there is none, we stop, you hear from us, and the full amount comes back to your card.

The connected audit

Coming, on top of the audit.

Search Console and Analytics, read only, one property, removed by you when the report has arrived. Not yet available to order; ask for the instructions.

Questions

Before you order.

Anything else: send us a message. A person answers.

What do you need from me?

The business name, where it is, its category and country, your website if there is one, what it offers in one line, your email, and up to 200 words on where you want to take the business. You accept the terms when you order. After the scan, a few questions by link, which you can skip.

My business has no website.

We audit your Google listing, your reviews and the market around you. Website checks are marked n/a, not failed, and the to-do list tells you whether a site is worth building and what it must say.

What if you can't audit my business?

We need a Google listing for the details you give us. If we can't find one, we stop, you get an email saying so, and you are refunded in full. You don't need to ask.

Who sees my report?

You. It lives at a private link that search engines don't index, for 90 days. Forward it to whoever builds your site or runs your marketing; nothing is published anywhere.

What is the connected audit?

An add-on, not yet available to order. A read-only account on your Search Console and Analytics for the one property we audit, and the report gains the searches, pages and traffic only you can see. Ask for the instructions by email and we tell you when it opens.

Is the report written by AI?

Yes. ExecBot's marketing crew writes it on public data, and every finding carries where it came from: measured, observed, inferred, estimate or reported. Nothing is invented; a fact we couldn't see is marked for you to confirm.
