By invitation · Bring your own key

Your chief of staff, and the cabinet behind him.

ExecBot gives you Atlas — a private chief of staff commanding a cabinet of 30+ specialists who share your context, learn your history, and hand back one considered answer. The work you'd give to analysts, consultants, and a chief of staff, in a single private workspace.

Encrypted end-to-end · Never trained on your data

The work you'd otherwise hand to analysts, chiefs of staff, and consultants.

How it works

Atlas reads your history. Proposes a cabinet. You approve.

Most tools ship with generic personas. ExecBot assembles a cabinet from the way you actually work — and lets you edit every brief before anything goes live.

1

Connect your key

Sign in, then add your Anthropic key. It's sealed with AES-256-GCM before it touches disk. No tokens resold — you pay your provider directly.

2

Import your history

Hand Atlas a Claude or ChatGPT export. He reads how you work — your domains, your decisions, the questions that keep returning.

3

Approve your cabinet

Atlas proposes a tailored cabinet of specialists. Edit every name, brief, and remit. Nothing goes live until you say so.

4

Delegate and decide

Speak to Atlas. He routes to the right specialists, gathers their work, and hands back one synthesized recommendation — not five open tabs.

The cabinet

Not a chatbot — a cabinet that reports to you.

Atlas sits at the center; thirty-plus specialists orbit him, each with a remit. Hover any seat to see it light up as he delegates.

Chief of staff

Atlas leads

Atlas reads every task, knows every specialist, and routes the work. You stop being the integration layer between ten browser tabs.

Specialists

To your specification

Compose agents with precise briefs, remits, and schedules. Every one works from the same shared desk and context.

Swarms

Expert swarms Exec Elite

Pre-formed teams — a CFO-led finance cabinet, a CMO-led marketing cabinet — that convene on a problem and report back as one.

Onboarding

History import

Atlas proposes a cabinet drawn from your real work, tailored to your domains — never a shelf of generic templates.

Memory

Said once, remembered

Your context carries across every conversation and every specialist. No re-briefing, no pasting the same background twice.

Projects

A desk per initiative

Group conversations, context, and crew by initiative. Each project keeps its own desk, history, and focus.

II.

Your control

BYOK

Bring your own key

Your Anthropic key, encrypted at rest, tested in a click, revocable any time. No lock-in, no resold tokens, no markup.

Cost

Spend, in full view

Set a daily ceiling. See cost at the provider level, down to the request. Control and transparency, not surprises.

Isolation

Your data, your tenant

Row-level isolation enforced at the database. Your work never mixes with anyone else's; your keys never leave your boundary.

III.

The experience

Voice

Talk to Atlas Exec Pro + Voice

Speak, and Atlas listens, delegates, and answers aloud. The morning brief, delivered by voice — no typing.

Schedules

Scheduled briefings

Name a topic and a time. Your cabinet convenes on schedule and leaves the synthesis waiting — the morning brief, unprompted.

Automation

Event automation

Triggers that set the cabinet to work on their own, so the right work is done by the time you think to ask.

Inside

Your whole operation, on one desk.

Atlas, your cabinet, your briefings, and your spend — in a single private workspace.

Privacy & security

Your data. Your keys. Your tenant.

ExecBot is a multi-tenant platform with row-level security at the database layer. Your data never mixes with anyone else's, and your keys never leave your tenant boundary.

Encrypted at rest

API keys are sealed with AES-256-GCM under a separate tenant key. Plaintext keys are never logged, never cached, never returned through the API.

Isolated by tenant

Postgres row-level security enforces isolation at the connection, not the application. Every query is scoped to your tenant — by construction.

Never trained on

Your conversations are never used to train any model. Anthropic doesn't train on API data, and ExecBot adds nothing on top of that.

FAQ

Answers, not vibes.

What does invitation-only mean?

ExecBot opens to a small founding cohort first, so the experience and onboarding stay genuinely white-glove. Request access and we'll be in touch about a place.

Do I need my own Anthropic key?

Yes. ExecBot is bring-your-own-key — you add your key once, it's encrypted, and it powers every specialist in your tenant. We never resell tokens, and you see every cost at the provider level.

What happens to the history I import?

Samples are sent to Claude once, to propose your cabinet. The proposed cabinet is written to your tenant; the raw samples are discarded after analysis. You can also paste text directly instead of uploading a file.

Can I edit every specialist's brief?

Every one — proposed, imported, or built from scratch — has a fully editable brief, remit, icon, and identity. Open a row and rewrite anything.

How is this different from separate ChatGPT sessions?

Three ways: one shared desk so Atlas can delegate cleanly, schedules that run without you opening the app, and specialists that read each other's work to synthesize one answer.

What's a swarm?

A pre-built expert department that works as one unit — a CFO-led finance desk, a CMO-led marketing department — running phased work under Atlas's direction and handing back a single synthesized deliverable. The full swarm library, plus the ability to build your own, is an Exec Elite capability.

Can Atlas act on its own?

Only within rules you set. Event automations let Atlas react to triggers — an email matching your filter arrives, your crew runs, a response is drafted — but every outbound send sits behind a permission gate. Nothing leaves your outbox until you approve it, and every action is logged.

What does it cost to run, with BYOK?

You pay Anthropic directly for usage and set your own daily ceiling. The subscription is for the platform — the cabinet, the memory, the scheduling — not the tokens.

Who built this?

A single founder, building in public across many long sessions. The roadmap inside the app shows what's shipped and what's next.
